EOI - Malawi - Environmental Safeguards Specialist - SADC Sub-Regional Transport and Trade Facilitation Project 14-Apr-2026 The services included under this assignment are, but not limited to: Prepare environmental risk management instruments Review Environmental and Social Management Plans Providing technical oversight to consultant’s and Contractor’s Environmental Specialists in the preparation of environmental safeguard instruments Support project implementation teams to enhance project quality and compliance on environmental safeguards. Engage with relevant project stakeholders to ensure adherence to African Development Bank environmental safeguard policies, guidelines, procedures and good/best practices. Develop and implement an internal administrative tracking system for the PIU in order to monitor the progress of project activities to meet environmental safeguard requirements.
