TendersMW is a tender aggregation service that collects and displays publicly available procurement notices from government agencies, development organizations, and other public entities in Malawi.

Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, tender information may contain errors or be outdated. Always verify details directly with the issuing authority before submitting a bid. TendersMW is not responsible for decisions made based on information presented on this site.

No Endorsement

Listing a tender on TendersMW does not constitute an endorsement of the procuring entity or the procurement process. We are an aggregator, not a procurement authority.

Intellectual Property

Tender data is sourced from public records. Our site design, code, and original content are the property of TendersMW.

Use of AI

Portions of the content on TendersMW — including tender summaries, category descriptions, and search-result enrichment — are generated or drafted with the assistance of AI tools. Underlying tender data (issuer, reference number, closing date, source URL) is pulled directly from public procurement portals and is not altered by AI. Where AI-generated summaries appear alongside a tender listing, the source tender document remains the authoritative record. Always verify tender details on the issuing authority's own portal before acting.
